Hello everyone look forward to this years Q season. My name is Del me and Jim Bo are the cooks on our team Last year was our fist year cooking to gather. Our smokers are two converted old refrigerators. One we call the stump-a-rator It has a gravity fed charcoal box on the side like the stump smoker the other just has a fire box on the side both work great. Those old fridge have excellent insulation. We are going to try to cook in all of the challenger events if possible this year. Maybe a couple of Kcbs. Can't wait to get started. Not sure but did I meet you at the Arlington contest this past year.
I remember meeting someone that had a cooker just like yours.
Anyways enjoy yourself here and if you are around a contest and the Serial Grillers are there be sure to stop by and say hi and ask for me, Dave.

Thanks Dave I will do that always nice to put a face with a name. We filled out entry for Atoka today. Yep our cookers aways get a lot of lookers. Do you know Will the invitational be the same for the challengers in Columbus. See you soon.

As far as I know Del the Invitational contest will be just like a regular contest, the only difference being it is invitation only. |

I'm hoping to be at the Atoka contest too. I'd really like to take a closer look at those smokers if you wouldn't mind. Is the name of your team Pork Illustrated?
