Man I have never know this bunch to be so quite. Most of the time when at a contest I can't get a word in.

As you all can see I am your admin aka Dave Smith. As many of you already know I am one of the cooks for the Serial Grillers. My buddy Richard Ralph who is also a cook on the team got me into this about 2 years ago. I have never had so much fun and met so many people that I like to call my friends.

Married to a great girl, which some of you may have met. She does not show up at many events as she does not care to much for crowds and wants me to set with her and knows I want....got to keep moving when you get my age you might rust up if you don't. ;D We have three sons and two great grandsons with a granddaughter on the way.

I come from a little town in Alabama, Blountsville but was raised in the east side of Birmingham. Have lived in Montgomery, AL, Atlanta, GA, Jacksonville, FL, New Orleans, LA, Memphis, TN and now Olive Branch, MS.

Well that pretty much give the short details of the where's when's and who's.

Oh yeah almost forgot........I just love to barbecue

Thanks ciscoschicken. Maybe when the season starts next year it will get a little more active. Spread the word when you think about it.
